ARM TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

The ARM on-line system is for the exclusive use of BAE SYSTEMS personnel for the internal marketing and relocation of surplus assets prior to their release on to the open market.

Assets listed are available for internal transfer for a period (normally 30 days) after which time they will be offered for external sale, without further notice, exclusively through Peaker Pattinson (Auctioneers) Ltd.

Information on this site is confidential and privileged to BAE SYSTEMS and Peaker Pattinson (Auctioneers) Ltd personnel only, and must not be passed or transmitted to any third party.

User names and Passwords are confidential and provided for the exclusive use of the individual only, and must not be passed or transmitted to any third party, internally or externally. 

Passwords may be changed at any time, at the discretion of IPS or Peaker Pattinson, to protect the security of the companies or the site. Notification will be provided by email. 

Assets may only be submitted for listing after the relevant member of staff, responsible for the Asset, has received the appropriate authorisation documentation to dispose of the Asset and agreed the disposal with the Company’s Finance Department.

To acquire an asset a viable business case must be approved by the requesting Business Unit.

Where more than one party expresses an interest in an item listed on ARM a decision will be reached jointly between IPS and the Business Unit disposing of the Asset and the Business Units which have registered interest.
